Some information is available without signing up. You need an account to invest on this site. You must be 18 years or older, capable of legally contracting, have an email address and create a password for an account. Your information must be complete and accurate. Keep your password safe and do not let others use your account. Let us know right away if someone else does.

The primary way Spark Market identifies accounts and account holders is by email address. Creating two accounts is not recommended. If you create a new account and invest using it, investments made in that account will not appear in any other Spark Market account you own with a different email address. You will have to login to each account separately to see all your investments. If you mistakenly created a new account, it is possible to consolidate two accounts. This means your choosing one of the accounts, and us migrating all your investments into the one account you choose. However, it requires several steps like verifying account holder identity and investment migration into that one account. Expect the process to take time. Spark Market will only consolidate accounts for you once. If you would like to request consolidation, respond to support at services@spark.market and request it.

Follow the steps below to login to Spark Market using your IVM login credentials.
Step 1 Go to https://spark.market and click the login button on the upper right corner of the login screen.
Step 2 - next screen Enter your IVM account email address. Remove any password that auto populates the password field. Click FORGOT PASSWORD.
Step 3 - next screen Enter your IVM account email address. Check "I'm not a robot". Click SUBMIT.
Step 4 - next screen Enter the code sent to your IVM account email address. Click VERIFY CODE.
Step 5 - next screen Enter your new password and confirm the new password Click CHANGE PASSWORD.
Step 6 - next screen Enter your email address. Enter the NEW password that you want to change to.
Step 7 - next screen Enter the 2FA code sent to your email address…be sure to check your junk mail folder also for this email.
Click VERIFY AND LOG IN. You will now be at your Spark Market dashboard

Yes, but you must submit a written request. Complete this downloadable email change request form and return to info@mundialfg.com. You will receive a determination on your request within three business days after receipt.

Either because a user has not made their first investment or a past KYC has expired.
KYC verification expires one year after last verification, when a user changes their First, Middle or Last Name, or date of birth, or when profile information does not match verification sources during the investment process.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security measure to protect your Spark Market account. This means when you log in, after entering your email and password, a dialogue box will appear requesting you input a six-digit 2FA number (also called a One-Time Passcode or OTP).
That OTP will be sent to the email address associated with the account you are trying to log in to. After receiving the OTP, enter it in the dialogue box on your Spark Market log in screen. The OTP expires 10 minutes after being sent to you.
If you do not receive an OTP in your email inbox after a few minutes, check your junk mail folder, and if it is not in there, click the link on the dialogue screen that reads “Resend Code” to get a refreshed OTP. A live person will never ask for your OTP, so never share it. An OTP only works once, and you will get a new OTP each time you log in.
